Aged Provola sfoglia

Aged Provola sfoglia (aged Provola with a layering structure) is a pasta filata cheese and it is made from cow’s milk. Cows are bred in pasture lands in the area of Parco dei Nebrodi (Nebrodi National Park). Its ageing period is of 75 days and its flavour is sweet and mild, pleasantly piquant as the ageing goes on.
